Construction
Valuation software for construction firms.
West Country Renovations used to build every monthly valuation in its own Excel workbook. We replaced the workbooks with software that works the valuation out from timesheets and supplier bills.

West Country Renovations
Before
Each monthly valuation was built in an Excel workbook for that job, from Timely timesheet exports and Xero bills. Client reports were put together by hand.
What we built
Software that tags every timesheet hour and supplier bill line to a job code, then works out each monthly valuation through to retention, VAT and amount due. Clients receive each valuation as a private link they can view, print or download as Excel.
“We run open-book, cost-price valuations for our clients, so we used to have to prepare monthly valuations compiling all the timesheets and suppliers. The process took three to six weeks. We now get all the valuations sent to clients within 5 working days from the end of the month.”

We'll look at how it is built, tell you what could be calculated automatically and give you a rough cost.
