Client enquiries came in by phone and email with no central system. Event details, menus, recipes and supplier contacts were spread across spreadsheets, notes apps and paper.
What we built
Event management software that works on a phone. Each event moves from enquiry to invoice, recipes are imported from PDFs with AI, and menus go to clients for approval.
