Every private event, from enquiry to invoice.
Event management software for private chef Daisy Cecil, covering enquiries, menus, recipes, suppliers and invoicing.

Events run from a phone, an inbox and spreadsheets
Before
Client enquiries came in by phone and email with no central system. Event details, menus, recipes and supplier contacts were spread across spreadsheets, notes apps and paper, and every new recipe was typed in by hand.
What we built
Software that works on a phone and takes each event from enquiry to invoice. Recipes are imported from PDFs with AI, menus are versioned and approved with clients, and recipes can be shared with guests for reviews.
